  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering
  • Be located in one of our service areas (CIS countries, excluding Russian Federation)

5. Course Registration and Payment

Registration

Course registration is completed upon payment confirmation. Spaces in our courses are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required before course commencement unless otherwise agreed
  • All prices are in euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect existing bookings

Refund Policy

  • Full refund available if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before course start
  • 50% refund available if cancellation occurs within 7 days of course start
  • No refund available once the course has commenced
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process

6. Student Responsibilities

As a student, you agree to:

  • Attend scheduled classes and complete assigned work
  • Respect other students and instructors
  • Not share course materials with non-enrolled individuals
  • Use course materials solely for educational purposes
  • Maintain the confidentiality of other students' information

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, presentations, code examples, and documentation, are the intellectual property of Advertum Tech OÜ. Students may use these materials for personal learning but may not:

  • Redistribute or share materials with third parties
  • Use materials for commercial purposes
  • Modify or create derivative works based on our materials
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices

8. Code of Conduct

We maintain a respectful and inclusive learning environment. The following behaviors are prohibited:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or abuse of any kind
  • Disruptive behavior during classes
  • Cheating or plagiarism
  • Sharing login credentials or course access
  • Any illegal activities

Violation of our code of conduct may result in immediate termination from our programs without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from technical issues or website downtime
  • Any amount exceeding the fees paid for our services
